TOAST Enoteca & Cucina, the modern, innovative Italian wine bar and restaurant in San Diego’s East Village, continues its Behind the Label series July 21st, 2010 with Warm Weather White Wines. This wine class and tasting series invites guests to sample themed wine while introducing them to authentic Italian cuisine that perfectly complements the wine selection.
TOAST’s Warm Weather White Wine class will feature light white wines that can be enjoyed with refreshing summer meals, in celebration of summer time in San Diego. Once a month, Behind the Label will introduce a new class teaching guests the secrets behind pairing wine with food.
